Harmony Care’s main focus is to develop and provide services for adults with a variety of mental and physical disabilities. Our team believes that with the right support, individuals with physical and mental disability can function and play important roles in society. With a variety of therapeutic tools including: education, counseling. Harmony Care’s main goal is to support individuals with mental and physical issues develop and maintain independent living skills need to function in society.
Residential Facility
Will provide adults with intellectual and physical disabilities with care 24 hours per day 365 days a year. Harmony Care will serve males and females from the ages of 18 and up. Individuals that are admitted into the program will have an Intellectual and Physical Health Diagnosis and a history of mental illness and learning disability. Harmony Care will accept referrals from the following sources: Department of Social Services, Community Service Boards, Public and Private Hospitals, Mental Health Agencies and Parents. Harmony Care will respond to the needs of our individuals and work to develop their self esteem and independence, while also providing emotional, physical and social support.
